Frequently Asked Questions for Sustain III Cattle Bolus Rx dilute 16 oz Brute Pour-On Color | Qty:Orange
How should I interpret words such as up to, from, or optional in an offer?
Do not assume the most prominent number describes the option currently in your cart. Ask the seller to clarify a contradiction between the qualifier and the final summary.
What should I clarify when the purchaser and intended recipient are different?
Distinguish the person paying from the person receiving the benefit. Keep purchase records available without exposing unrelated payer information.
What should I do when product information is unclear or conflicting?
If a photograph conflicts with a description, request confirmation rather than guessing. Avoid making additional purchases based on an unconfirmed capability.
