What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?
If a code is required, check that it has been applied successfully. Keep a record of the promotion as applied to the confirmed order.
What should I check in an order confirmation?
Review the selected option or version rather than checking the product name alone. Distinguish an order confirmation from an unrelated marketing message.
How can I describe the timing of an order issue accurately?
Keep the timeline focused on details relevant to the purchase issue. Use the verified timeline to explain what remains unresolved.
